Harvest to Heat

A special cookbook with a focus on the collaboration of top-name chefs and the farmers and artisans they source their ingredients from. I directed the design and photography and designed a promotional app with recipes, a slideshow and an interactive map with links to the chefs, farms, and artisans featured in the book.
